Changing tendencies in the relationship between the EU and Latin America, China and the Islamic world and its implications for Europe
Research Topic:
"Geopolitics and the role of Europe in a Changing World" (Topic SSH-2009-4.1.2.)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
China, Latin America and Islamic world play an important role in the actual relationship of the European Union.
The goal of the project is to analyze and characterize these relations between the regions in question in the fields of the diplomatic and political dimensions, taking in consideration the growing impact of the commercial relations. The aim of the project is to demonstrate the eminent role of legal and religious-cultural traditions in political co-operation or even in the lack of co-operation.
