Reporting to the Marketing Director, responsibilities and Duties will include:

• You will be trained on how to successfully project manager orders and although you will be assisted by your team leader, you will be empowered to take responsibility of the management of orders.
• This position holds a high degree of responsibility, as any failings in management of orders, could mean losing new and current clients.
• You will liaise with other teams within the business and learn how to manage clients and internal supply chains to ensure on time delivery at the high levels of service the company expects. These teams will support you in your customer orders.
• There will be telephone and email contact with clients and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure orders run smoothly and there will be a requirement to manage your time effectively and ensure that all incoming enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively.
• Day-to-day duties and activities will normally include, project managing current orders, supplier purchase ordering, liaising with domestic and overseas clients and suppliers on current orders, proofing orders, regular meetings with sales team to update on current orders, ensuring orders are completed and delivered on time, resolving problems fast and efficiently if they arise, keeping the project management database up to date and customer satisfaction research. You will also be required to develop current job management processes and procedures.
