1.) The intern will be responsible of assisting school teachers on English and German lessons and encouraging children to speak English.
2.) Also the intern will be organizing weekly country presentation ,every time to a different class, using interactive ways to involve children to activities that build multicultural understanding.
3.) Also the intern will support the geography lessons by providing information and media about his/her region-country.
4.) The intern will also help with the after school english lessons.

Job/Task Description
1.) As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be a part of an applications support team. The opportunity of supporting various geographical locations around the globe will give you a chance to become an IT expert with an international background. On top of that your will have a unique possibility to shape and develop the CSC brand on the Czech market. You will be an essential part of our success and that is why your career progression is of paramount importance to us. Role accountabilities will include: • Troubleshooting issues reported by customers

2.) Recommendation of solutions and resolving problems across variety IT platforms and minimizing the impact of IT changes on business in general

3.) Logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records •   Understanding computerized data entry systems and uses these systems to track activities

4.) Maintaining composure in critical situations •   Working closely with other team members and supporting teams in resolving open issues •   Daily communication with customers via phone and email
