On behalf of the Theatre Faculty of the Janacek Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, Czech Republic, I would like to invite you to apply to the 19th International festival of theatre schools SETKANI/ENCOUNTER 2009, which will take place in Brno from 31th March till 4th April 2009.
Enclosed please find the Application form for SETKANI/ENCOUNTER 2009.

Fill in all the parts (Information about your performance, Technical requirements, Information about your school, Organisational requirements and the contact person, Letter of confirmation and signature of the official representative) and send it back to us by post and also by e-mail. Please also enclose an audio-visual record (DVD or VHS) of the performance or from the rehearsals, two photos of the performance, the playbill and the poster.

Notice the deadline for sending application forms is on 5th January 2009.
