4rd International Conference on Advanced Research in Virtual and Rapid
Prototyping (VRAP 2009), Leiria, Portugal

  _____

The 4rd <http://www.vrap.ipleiria.pt/>  International Conference on Advanced
Research in Virtual and Rapid Prototyping ( <http://www.vrap.ipleiria.pt/>
http://www.vrap.ipleiria.pt/) will be held on 6th to 10th October 2009 at
Leiria, Portugal.

The conference will take place at the Centre for Rapid and
<http://www.cdr-sp.ipleiria.pt/>  Sustainable Product Development, School of
Technology and Management, Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. The
venue is located at an important industrial centre and historical city of
Portugal, distant around 1 hour from Lisbon.

The International Conference on Advanced Research in Virtual and Rapid
Prototyping ( <mailto:VR@P> VR@P), organised every two years since 2003, is
designed to be a major forum for the Scientific exchange of
multi-disciplinary and inter-organisational aspects of virtual and physical
prototyping and related areas.  <mailto:VR@P> VR@P aims at making a
significant contribution for further development of these fields. In 2007,
as in the two previous editions, we gathered participants from more than 20
countries. The Conference carries out a full paper submission and a rigorous
peer review.

Accepted papers will be included in a Proceedings book with ISBN
registration, published by Taylor & Francis.
